Key Learnings

At DADIU 2019, I was responsible for the planning of two mini games and the graduation game, Primal Arena, managing a team of 16 people and ensuring that the production was on schedule.

I took on the project manager role to challenge myself personally and professionally and to learn about the game development process. Taking responsibility and practicing proactivity, as well as learning from mistakes and continuously adjusting procedures and tools were all key learnings from the project that I now practice daily in my professional work.
